Inspired by the theory of Arnold Van Gennep, <Rites of Passage> animation project started as an autobiographical story. As a continuous thread with the <Fragileness of Existence>, the character design shares the same cracked stone-like figure.

Standing in the very limited and isolated world on its own, the stone-man expands its boundaries through psychological and physical experiences.
It is composed of 50 short clips, to be installed in a simultaneous loops.
The overlapped sounds create an uncanny atmosphere. Videos posted below are the original footages.
